International Men’s Day – November 19th

19th November is International Men’s Day.   International Men’s Day celebrates worldwide the positive value men bring to the world, their families and communities. They highlight positive role models and raise awareness of men’s well-being.

A huge number of men experience extreme pressure to conform to a set of unhealthy qualities deemed to be associated with ‘masculinity’, a large contributing factor to the fact that suicide is the biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.
